We are diligent so that our production schedule may accommodate our customers' needs as best as possible, however given the handcrafted nature of these pieces, subtle variations in detail and finish can occur as well as unpredictable delivery times. All orders placed before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday for in-stock items are processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Return Policy If you are not happy with jewelry you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt. The item must be shipped to us in the original packaging, in pristine, original condition and prepaid via insured mail. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. Special Orders We do our best to have every piece on our web site available to you for immediate shipment, however due to the nature of our product, this is not always possible. If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Please contact us if you need a special size in a particular piece. In some instances we may able to accommodate you. Order Status Please contact us to inquire about the status of your order. We are able to ship most items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our pieces, this may not always be possible. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as we can. Shipping You have the option of Fedex Express Saver, Fedex 2nd Day Air, or Fedex Standard Overnight. Florida residence must pay 6.5% sales tax. We do not ship to PO Boxes. International Orders We have many customers who shop from the far corners of the globe. We regularly ship to Japan, Australia, UK, France and Canada. You will receive a shipping estimate as part of the checkout process. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country.
